Antisemitic flyers spark investigation in New Smyrna Beach.

In a concerning incident that unfolded just after 9 p.m. on Monday, September 4, 2023, New Smyrna Beach law enforcement officers swiftly responded to a report concerning the distribution of antisemitic flyers in a peaceful New Smyrna Beach neighborhood off Nature Creek Lane, which is located near State Road 44 and Interstate 95 in New Smyrna Beach.
According to eyewitness accounts, the flyers were in a plastic bag with an unidentified substance, distributed by a lone white male hurling the bag from inside a dark-colored Honda sedan with a South Carolina license plate. New Smyrna Beach Police Detectives are reviewing video and processing evidence while working on identifying and locating the suspect.
City officials in New Smyrna Beach have unequivocally expressed their stance, underlining their intolerance for any form of hateful rhetoric or actions within the community.
