Grayce K. Barck North Beach Community Park

This park offers two large parking lots off Sapphire Road that are available for off-beach parking. There is direct ocean access via a wooden walkover from the parking areas. There are two covered pavilions with picnic tables and walkways that wander throughout the natural beachfront property. Restrooms are on site along with open air showers. There is a $20 parking fee per day from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Parking is free for Volusia County residents with a City of New Smyrna Beach Parking Pass, which you can
