Volusia County's Housing Choice Voucher Program has announced a crucial informational meeting targeted at landlords interested in renting to Section 8 participants scheduled for Thursday, September 27, from 10 a.m. to noon in the County Council Chambers, situated on the second floor of the Thomas C. Kelly Administration Center, located at 123 W. Indiana Avenue, in DeLand.
